Premium subscription fail

Hi. I've been trying to subscribe to premium via pay by mobile (smart) for a 1 month subscription but after tapping 'continue' , it says something wrong. I tried 7 days too and still the same problem. Help me with this problem

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to subscribe. If you run into the same issue, you can try a different device altogether.

 

In case this doesn't help, I suggest reaching out to your service provider for further assistance.
