Premium suddenly not working? (Vodafone customer)

I have had my phone since May and received the free Spotify offer from Vodafone. It was working great but suddenly today it started playing ads and restricting my access. I have no clue why, but my subscription has reverted to a free account.
- I have tried deleting the app and redone loading it
- I have logged in with Facebook and without Facebook with both resulting in the same.
I'm not sure what else to do to get my promised premium back.

What do you see when you log into your Account Overview? If you see you're Free, it'd be best you reach out to Vodafone for more info on why your subscription reverted to Free.
