My Question or Issue

 

Hi, 

 

I pay monthly for Premium however I only get no adverts on my mobile device. When playing Spotify through my laptop or Sky Q (tv) I have adverts. How can this be rectified?

I have a payment come out of my account each month, is this just for use on one device??

A Premium account can be used on more than one device. You won't be able to listen on more devices at the same time but you should be able to switch between devices.

 

It sounds like you might have a second account with us which is a Free account. So we recommend to log out on the devices you don't have Premium and to log back in. Be sure to use the username which is stated in the payment receipt you received from us when signing up for Premium.
