My Question or Issue:

Hello,

 

I have a problem with change payment details feature from PayPal to VisaCard in the Subscription area in my account Spotify.

 

I am sure that I enter the correct credit card data. The card is registered in the same jurisdiction, as was registered my Spotify account.

 

So I can't pay my subscription.

Hey @eugene-msa,

Please make sure your card meets all the requirements to purchase Spotify Premium.

Also, you should take a look at this support site, follow the troubleshooting there, and try a different payment method as a last resource.

Yes, of course, I entered correct details..

 

- Country: CY.

- Card: CY.

- Card good for online payments.

- I have enough funds.

- The card hasn't expired.

- I try in an incognito browser. Problem the same.

 

With the card everything is ok. Moreover, I could not change the payment option and you withdrew money from a PayPal zero-balance, which withdrew money from this card.

 

Hey again @eugene-msa,

When you're already on Premium and just want to change your payment details, please cancel your current subscription and try resubscribing with your card.

 

If this doesn't help, please wait until you're on free. Then, you can resubscribe and everything should work again 🙂

Can you fix this problem? I would not want to cancel the subscription, and then adjust it again?

Hey again @eugene-msa,

When you cancel your current subscription and then resubscribe, no music, playlists etc. will disappear/ get deleted. So could you please try the steps I mentioned above 🙂
