Hola alguien sabe cómo o con quien puedo contactar para el pago del plan familiar que me están cobrando 2 veces!!! Si es con el banco o es con spotify??

Just to be sure, were you charged at the Premium for Family rate twice? Or were you charged for individual Premium and Premium for Family in the same month?

 

If it's the first case, make sure that both payments show as completed on your bank statement. If they do, let us know.

 

If it's the second case, this is expected behavior when signing up to Premium for Family from individual Premium. Your remaining Premium time gets converted into Premium for Family time which brings your payment date forward.
