My Question or Issue

I had problems with my credit card used for the payment, but have already solved the payment problem. However, since then I am unable to login with my premium account. It says that it is not possible to acquire spotify premium in my app. I have deleted the app and downloaded it again, but even though the same message appears. How should I fix this? May I cancel my account and create a new one? I do not want to loose my playlists. Help please!!

According to what you're letting us know, it's possible that you have more than one Spotify account associated to you. If you'd like, you can find some useful information on how to locate additional Spotify accounts on this page.
