Profile name, premium family plan

Profile name, premium family plan

Okay I believe my account has been hacked as I can't make sense of the profile name. All of my other information is correct! Please help! Also how to you contact someone specifically to help walk you thru all of this. 

 

On march5 I upgraded to a premiere family package however we can't add any accounts or even get into it. I am not really computer friend just need help and I am very discouraged! And frustrated!
