Hi, I was on the free trail but was late about a day to change it to the family plan. I was being charged straightaway for the premium plan since i have passed the date of the free trail. Is it possible for a refund?

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

 

To clarify, if you upgrade to Premium Family (as the manager of the plan) during your Individual Premium trial, your first billing date will be some days earlier to cover the price difference between Individual and Family Premium.

 

Likewise, if your intention is to upgrade to Premium Family, you can still do it after the end of your trial at no extra cost but considering that your next billing date will be some days earlier to cover the price difference between the two subscriptions.
