I started a new Spotify account and signed up for premium. When I did so I canceled my old account and turned off reoccurring payments. I just got charged twice. Looked back at my bank account and this is the 4th month in a row you have double charged me. You have no customer service that I can find. What do I do to get a refund?

Ok... Soooo.. No response, my bank gave me a bogus phone number they have for you.... What's next Better Business Bureau? Class action lawsuit? I'm sure I'm not the first person to have an issue of being charged after cancelation of an automatic payment.
