Replaced Credit Card cannot resubscribe to Premium

Replaced Credit Card cannot resubscribe to Premium

I recently canceled the credit card associated with my Spotify Premium account and now I'm stuck on a Free account.

Spotify won't let me resubscribe to Premium with a different credit card, when I try I get a 'Payment Method Failed' message.

Could you try subscribing using another browser, and clearing it’s cache, or use incognito mode? 

 

Please do make sure you have a good internet connection.

it still does not work. I keep getting "payment failed." This has been going on for 2 weeks. please fix! i want spotify premium back!

Thanks. Can I get a screenshot of the error message being shown? Please do hide sensitive info when posting to the community.

 

Also, could you try this using another device? Make sure you're subscribing through here.

I didn’t get a screenshot unfortunately. Could you try resending that. At the end of the reply, you should see “Choose Files” button which is where you can upload your screenshot. 

 

Also, does trying another payment method help?
