Se descontó el pago pero no puedo usar Spotify Premium

Pago mensualmente, dia 10 de cada mes. El pago de descontó de la tarjeta ese mismo día, pero Spotify Premium no se actualizo.

Esperé los 10 dias extra que te dan, pero no me lo actualizaron en ningún momento. Que hago?

I hope you don't mind me replying in English. Right now, the community is supported in English.

If you've been charged for Premium, but can't use the service, make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts following these steps. You might be logging into the wrong one.

If you only have one account, make sure the payment went through by logging in here, and head to Receipts. If the payment was successfull, you'll find a receipt for the month of April.
