Se me pago automáticamente el plan individual teniendo el de estudiante

Se realzó el pago automático del plan individual debido a que el Olán de estudiante se renueva anualmente, hoy mismo hice el trámite de reno la cuanta de estudiante y se cancelaron los dos planes, el individual y el de estudiante, me gustaría solicitar el reembolso de de 4.150 del plan individual. Quedo atenta

Premium Student does require an annual renewal for it to stay active (for up to 4 years). In case it doesn't get renewed, your plan switches to Premium Individual automatically.
