Spotify Paysafecard Problems

Hello!

I recently bought two prepaid spotify cards from a local store. Both of them are thirty dollars each. When I'm paying for premium, it tells me to enter a 16 digit PIN. but both of my cards only have 13 characters on them, 3 of which are letters. Did I buy outdated cards? What should I do?
