Spotify Premium Stopped Working

I have two free years of Spotify premium with my rogers phone plan and all of a sudden my premium stopped working this morning.  I have 9 or 10 months left on my subscription and have never had any problems until now.  Need this fixed ASAP

Those types of subscriptions are managed by Rogers and Spotify cannot do anything to help you, they will only forward you to Rogers.

Firsrly, make sure you are logged into the correct account, then conact Rogers for further info as they manage those subs

I just contacted rogers and they said everything is good on their end and other members of my family on the same plan are having no issues.  So why doesn't my premium work all of a sudden this morning?
