Student Discount at Greece

I have attached my Student ID to spotify in order to get the student discount. After that the system informed me that in a few days an email will be sent to me for the activation  of this discount , but no email was sent to me and there is no premium spotify on my android device . What is going on?

How long ago did you get the message about receiving the email? Have you checked your spam/junk folders to see if your verification email could be hidden there?
