Student Discount, but charged twice this month, second one being £9.99

I have tried looking for the live chat option for an hour, but can't seem to find it this time. They fixed this problem for me in no time... 

 

I've been charged twice this month, and I'm on student discount, but my 2nd charge was £9.99
