Student Discount

Hi - I am currently a student and I noticed my rates have changed from $4.99 to $9.99 per month.  Therefore, I was wondering how to get reimbursed for the months when I was paying $9.99 instead of $4.99? Thanks!

Keep in mind that the student discount only applies for 12 months at a time. It's possible that you were charged the full rate because your discount expired. If that's the case, you can reapply for the discount over here.
