Hi, so I have subscribed through mobile load method and it activated. Problem is, my account is still on free. Solutions?

Hey @diaaaannnn,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

Spotify took the money off my work card today but i dont have a recipient saying its paid but my card says you guys took it off
