Subscribed, but not getting Premium?

Hi,

I paid for the spotify family subscription but I can't use or even cancel it. I've tried everything ( logged out, checked the status of my payment, ... ) and there's no way I'm using another account. 

I also didn't get the e-mail saying that I paid for the spotify. 

I don't know what to do!! Please help

We'd recommend checking out the steps here:

If the Spotify payment is on your bank statement but marked as 'pending', it might not have gone through successfully.

Thanks for your reply. Everything's ok now.

 

I contacted the stotify agent. He cancelled my subscription and I got my money back.
