Subscription Confusion

So I decieded I wanted to get Spotify premium and I went to the website to sign up and started filling out everything. I am currently a student so after I filled out my payment option it took me to the screen to fill out my name and school, but it wouldnt let me fill anything in. I thought the page broke so I just refreshed it, but it took me back to the payment options again. I filled it back in and got back to the name and school page and it still wouldnt let me fill in my info, so I just gave up. Later I looked at my banking account and I was charged twice for spotify, so I thought I would have premium but I've signed out and in multiple times and reinstalled spotify on all my devices. I checked my account and my subscription still says free, I hope someone can help me.

You are leikely seeing a pending payment, since you did not enter your college details and did not verify the student discount, the funds will reappear in your account and you can then try again at www.spotify.com/student

I was trying to change as student Spotify mode and I got a charge of 99 MX $ when my suscription ends at 28 September
