My Question or Issue

 

I am having problems logging into my Spotify premium account on my tablet. When i login with the same account details on the website it shows that im not on premium however i get charged every month. Why!?

Please help me with a solution to this. If not assist me to deactivate my premium account  so my money is not wasted every month for nothing.

Hey @user-removed,


You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
