Two accounts when shifted to Family?

I just received two emails with different amounts of minutes of listening this year to the same email adress which would reflect that I’m still being debited 99sek a month even though I registered for our family account - hosted by my husband - before summer. There seems to be no way to get in touch woth Spotify, please remove the duplicate account and ensure I’m not being billed double. Also let me know how you would handle the double debiting since june.
