Unbale to pay for my premium subscription (credit info update or bill)

Hello all! The credit card under which my sportify subscription was registered was recently stolen and, therefore, cancelled. Upon trying to update my paymento info with my new credicard data, I get an error message. As I was unable to pay my subscription under my new credit card, I tried paying under a bill (assuming something might be off with my credit card, even though it has been registered on other platforms and has been in use for over a month now). Spotify's website won't let me issue a bill for payment either - error message. In the mean time, my premium accoun has been paused and I'm with playlist withdrawl. Please help!

Sorry to hear you are having issues with Spotify.

Could you try one of the following:

• Clear your browser's cache
• Try in an incognito tab
• Try in a different browser
