Unduly charged for free Premium Trial

Hi,

I started a Spotify premium trial on September 30th and canceled it today. This cancelation meets the requirement of ending the trial by October 30th to avoid a fee; however, Spotify charged my card. I request that Spotify remove this charge from my credit card. My experience with Spotify was mediocre in terms of its song offerings, and this negative experience with the trial leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Getting the fee issue rectified would help me feel better about Spotify going forward.
