Unlinking Fido subscription

Hi there!

I recently made a change to the ownership of my Fido account and I had to delink my old account from premium. After this was done I was told that I would be able to login to the Fido hub and relink my account to premium. BUT every time I try to sign in, I receive an error message which states that my number is already associated with an account and I need to login with a different account or create a new one. How can I fix this? I've called Fido and they told me unfortunately I'd have to create a new account.
