We cannot pay anymore

Hi Team!

 

I cannot pay anymore and I tried many things let me explain;

 

  • Tried with different debit, credit cards
  • Tried in different browsers and with incognito mode
  • Contacted with my Bank customer help and they said it's not about us
  • My country setting is also correct (Turkey)

Please help us, your many users cannot pay for a while and there is no solution about is yet.

Are you trying to pay through your Telco/Boku, or are you paying directly by card?

In any case, we are aware of a payment issue which is affecting users in Turkey, so this might be the reason why. We have reported it to our tech team, who are currently working on a fix. Hopefully it shouldn't be long before it's fixed!

Are you trying to pay through your Telco/Boku, or are you paying directly by card?

In any case, we are aware of a payment issue which is affecting users in Turkey, so this might be the reason why. We have reported it to our tech team, who are currently working on a fix. Hopefully it shouldn't be long before it's fixed!
