My Question or Issue

Hi ,

I have purchased premium subscription in the month of Sept-2019.However while whiel trying to renew the subscription again for the current month its getting failed stating that Card details are not registered where as amount is getting deducted from my account.  i tried twice .

Could anyone please help ?

Will the deducted amount will get refunded ?

Welcome to Spotify Community and thanks for reaching out here!

Just to confirm, open a new tab on incognito mode and access your account page and check if your account is set for the Premium for the month of October. If it isn't, I recommend that you try to resubscribe again in the incognito mode.

About the refunds, I suggest that you take a look at this article to get more information about how this works.

However could you please let me know how do i resubscribe through
incognito mode.

Sure! What I mean is that you can open your Spotify account page with the incognito mode of your browser. You can take a look at this article from WikiHow to get info about it.

When you get the incognito mode, follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Click Subscription in the menu on the left.
  3. Click GET PREMIUM.
  4. Enter your payment details and click START MY SPOTIFY PREMIUM.

In my case I have cancelled the card that was registered and now I am trying to change for other credit cards but Soptify says this is not possible. I can´t change the payment method. I have 4 other credit cards and any of them works 😞

Hi, I hope it helps you.
1.-Go to your Spotify application.
2.-Configuration, I selected the support option.
3.-A web page will open.
4.-Enter your spotify account.
5.-Under your information, your subscription appears and the option to update your payment method.
