Why am I not eligible for 3 month free offer?

im trying to submit my request for 3 months free due to the offer you have on BlueLight however it’s says I’m not eligible..?? Why would this be?

To shed some light on the subject - you might use 3 month Premium offer only if you haven't been a subscriber before. This offer is for people, who haven't tried our Premium services. With that in mind, if you've tried a trial in the past and used Premium service, then this might be the reason why you're getting this message.
