Why can't I cancel the subscription?

I have seen in itunes that my Spotify Music membership has been canceled and expired.
However I check Spotify Music still shows I'm a premium user. How can I do? I just would like to change my account to family premium.

Hey @Eric1990,

Try logging into your account settings on your browser with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

After that, check the status of your subscription. It should read 'Your subscription is associated with our partner...'.

If you don't see that message, you should try upgrading your account here.
