Why did my abo change by itself?

My Question or Issue

Hey, I was using the standard premium abo the whole time. I was paying 9,99€ and suddenly the spotify charged me 14,99€.. I looked it up and now it says that I use the family abo, but I didn’t change it! How come that my abo just changed itself?? I want my standard premium abo back.. Do I have to wait the whole month to change it back (I don’t want to pay for the standard premium abo now additionally)???

If you're sure this was not made accidentally, please follow the steps in this support site article.

Upon using this help article, please also use it to reach out to support so they would be able to take a closer look.

In the meanwhile, you can follow the steps here to switch back to the regular Premium subscription - bear in mind that changes will apply on your next billing date.
