Why is my account pending for Spotify/Hulu?

I've tried multiple times to link my spotify with the Hulu but it is not working. After speaking to Hulu, they checked and said i have completed all of the inital steps & that my account is pending and has not yet been created. Why haven't yall approved my account?

Hey @ofhill, welcome to the community!

Once you subscribe to the student discount and Hulu bundle, you just need to head to your Account page, and select Activate Hulu.

Once you complete all the steps, both accounts should be linked and ready to go.
