Won't cancel my subscription

So I tried spotify's special 3 month premium offer for 50 pesos here in the Philippine. So my 3 month subscription ended in march 31, 2017. I forgot to unsubscribe from my premium account and I unsubscribed today which is april 2, 2017 and when I unsubscribed it still says that Im subscribed and I think I'm charged for the regular fee which is 129 pesos for this month but It's just been 2 days and im already charged. Is there some way for me to cancel my premium subscription this month without getting charged? Although I know this is my fault but I was hoping if there's way to stop my subscription because my mom is really gonna get angry at me. THANK YOU in advance to all that would help me

The same thing happened to me, it was a cheap offer at about christmas time, and i took it, and now when i try to unsubscribe, it just says im still subscribed and still charging from my bank account. Can one of the moderators please help us?

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please get in  contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
