bought a subscription as a gift, email never sent to the recipient

bought a subscription as a gift, email never sent to the recipient

I purchased a subscription (I'm in Canada, so gift cards don't exist here), as a gift for someone, and the email with the gift code in it never sent to the recipient. Is there a way to resend it? I have proof on my Paypal account that the transaction went through.

Can you please tell the recipient to check their email junk/spam folder?

I actually had it set to send to me, and then I was going to print it and give it to them, so I can confirm that it definitely never got sent?
