can't enter month of expiration to update payment

can't enter month of expiration to update payment

It will not allow me to enter the month of expiration of my credit card.  I highlight 12, it doesn't show up in the box, I enter all other information, it tells me to enter the month, and then I cannot even get the drop down menu to show up.  I have tried refreshing the page 6 times, it does the same thing everytime. I also never received notice that my 12 months of student membership were up so I've been overpaying for several months.  awesome.

Hey @wrigley,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
