can't have premium account in Iran. why?

I'm from Iran, me and my friends bought premium account but you somehow banned our accounts because our IP address is from Iran. why can't I have the premium account because I'm citizen here? are you that cruel or fool to thing that by banning us you are fighting dictatorship or something??? I really can't get it what could be your reason or the politician's reasons for this kind of behavior to people like me??? What is my sin exactly?!  U & other sanction guys thing U hurt regimes by banning guys like me?! 😕
