can't pay with mobile method

Hello, 

I want to use the mobile method for the payment, but when I want to pay for premium with this payment method they don't show it to me. A friend has the same mobiel contracts and can pay with his mobile, so my mobiel must be abel too. 

Why spotify don't show me this method ? How can I pay with my phone, and how can it be displayed to me?

I try to pay about many diffrent equipment. I want to buy spotify premium for 0,99 euro for 3 month. I really want spotify but I can't buy it without the mobile function.

This are all payment methods. The only method that isn't their is the mobile payment.

I have tryed with an mobile phone, tablet and my computer. On no one device I can use the mobile payment. 

I don't think that I have an ingocnito mode in my browser. But how can I check that?

I have checked if I'm in a ingocnito mode and I'm not in this mode. Why can't I pay with my phone?

Are you trying to claim an offer (eg. 0.99€ for 3 months of Premium) and pay using your mobile phone?

I’m afraid it’s not possible to use this payment method for the offer. To find an eligible payment method that works for you, head to http://www.spotify.com/premium. 🙂

It's still possible to get the regular Premium subscription (9.99€/month) using mobile payment but i’m afraid it’s not possible to use the mobile payment method for the offer.
