can't subscribe on premium podcast

I'm a premium user and I'm trying to subscribe to a paid podcast and I can't. The message that appears is "unable to load, please refresh the page and try again." The link to the podcast is "https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/petra-popovici/subs

I'm trying to subscribe to a paid podcast and I can't. The message that appears is "unable to load, please refresh the page and try again." I have uninstalled Spotify and downloaded it again, I have tried on both my computer and phone, I have tried with incognito mode, I turned on and off my phone, nothing seems to work. I know the podcast is available, because other people can subscribe to it.
