cannot download music on premium

Hi there spotify friends, I need help, i'm in the middle of complete desperation i just so love music! my prob with spotify goes like this->>> i have availd the premium 1 year promo since my 3 months first try had expired already and as i have availd my new promo seem that i cannot download music and freely pick songs tho i can now enjoy music without adds but i wanna enjoy the convenience of listening to music offlilne eh! how do i go with this dunno what to do. very much appreciate if anyone can help me. 🙂
