charged full price for subscription when there was a discount?

charged full price for subscription when there was a discount?

i clicked on the deal for three months with 99 cents and it charged me full price for a month. is there any way i can get my money back or fix this?

Have you been Premium before?
 
The .99 offer is available to users that have never had Premium on their account before (via a subscription or a trial).
 

You can get a refund before 15 days have passed from the date of purchase. You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.
