Thanks for reaching out. What @savagesosage8 said is true. A new account doesn't mean you're eligible for any trial offers. The free trial is only for users who have never used Premium before on any account and under any form, including Family/Duo membership and gift cards. When you make a new account, it's possible you will see adverts for various trial offers you may not be eligible for, as the system can only check your eligibility after you enter your payment method.
By the way @savagesosage8, if you got Premium on the wrong account, you can reach out to our support team to possibly have it transferred. When doing so, make sure to have all your payment info on hand, as those will be necessary for search and verification.

i think you just cant use the same credit card twice to prevent people from geting new account and exploiting it. Just found this out becaouse i got the 3 months free on the wrong account. I instantly cancaled it and tryed on my main account and it says I already used the free trail.

I am trying to share the 2 month free trail for premium with an account that was just created and has never had premium before and when I try to activate it it says the account already has premium.
Hi, I wonder if I can get the 3 months free plan again as if I buy any subscription from the Spotify app for eg. The Mini Version for a week. As I'm a Spotify Premium user I ran out of the subscription, so I need it again but for longer time and free. I used to get emails from Spotify for 3--6 months of free subscription even after using the OnePlus offer for 6 months and in app Samsung 3 months offer. Could this work if I buy a subscription to get free for 3 months??

Hello,
I applied for a 3-month free premium service trial, but my account was activated with a regular free plan instead of the premium one. Despite this, I was charged the premium subscription fee for the past two months.
When I try to cancel the premium subscription, it only shows that I am on the free plan, so I am unable to cancel it. I also checked my account details on your website, and the payment history is displayed as 0 KRW, even though I was charged.
Could you please check my account and let me know if I can get a refund for the charges?
