So, I suggest that you be in touch with the Customer Support to solve your issue. They'll find the the account that is using your payment info. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Customer Support page here.
  2. Select the option "Subscription".
  3. And then, select "Paid for premium but I am still on Free".
  4. Tap "I still need help" button.
  5. Fill the form and then you be guided to a chat page.

Let me know if you could be in touch with the Support.

No my problem is that I never suscribed and I Don’t want, but I pay. I want that paiement stops but I don’t no how to do ! In my account, I have spotify Free, so I can’t cancel anything...
