My Question or Issue

i’ve had premium before under the individual plan for many months and i was trying to buy it again but for some reason it says i’m not eligible for that plan anymore. i don’t want to pay the extra few dollars for the duo plan since it’s only me on my account 😕 i’ve tried logging out and logging back into the web browser to see if the issue would fix itself but it is still saying the same thing.

Are you still subscribed to the Premium Duo plan? If so, could you try changing your plan using this link using a different browser or private window, and let me know if that makes a difference? 

 

If that doesn't help, it'd be best to cancel your Duo subscription following these steps, and then wait for the account to return to the Free version. Once it has reverted to Free, try subscribing again following here
