ongeoorloofde omzetting van premium to family

Mijn Pemium  abbonnement is 3 maanden geleden zonder opgaaf van reden om gezet naar Family. Hierdoor betaal ik € 5 euro per maand meer. Ik heb hiervoor geen akkoord gegeven.

Hoe kan dat? En hoe krijg ik mijn  geld terug?
