premium customern and cannot login as i am in a foreign country

I am a premium member and have been out of the USA for more than 2 weeks, when trying to log in it says log in failed and you can only listen to spotify for 2 weeks when in a foreign country.. now what?  I am still paying , cannot log in, opened a new free sign up but that will only take me 30 days without premium service.. how can I log in to my account that I am paying for?
