i been paying the premium duo for a few months and next month payment going up and Just realise my partner she still get everything like a free spotify . i call that a rip off lolll

The first thing I recommend checking is if she's actually part of your Duo plan. You can learn how to invite someone to your plan here.

If the plan management page says that she's part of it, please ask her to log in at https://spotify.com/account. This is to check if the account she's logging in with is the same account she used to accept the invite.

It'll show on that page if she's using Spotify free or if she's part of your Duo plan.
