Even if you've cancelled your Premium plan, you should still have Premium for the month that you've payed for.
If you're on our free version, can you check if you've been charged?

As mentioned by @Jeremy above, even if you've cancelled your plan you should still be able to enjoy the remaining Premium time.
Have you by any chance experienced a failed payment? If yes, and you've cancelled your plan, your account will revert to free immediately since the time covered by your previous payment had expired.
To check your plan status and view your payments, head over to your account page overview.
