spotify e-card

Hi All, I have just bought a Spotify e-card as a present for a friend of mine (3 months premium subscription)

He never received the code via email to activate it (but I have the receipt in my email box).

Could someone please tell me how to proceed?

Some additional details:

My friend doesn't have an account yet.

I bought this e-card on "spotify france" logging in through my italian account, because she lives in France and will use spotify in that country.

Can you please tell your friend to check his email's junk/spam folder?

Also, I believe that Spotify gift cards can only be redeemed on Spotify accounts registered in the same country where they were purchased. This means that he might not be able to redeem the Gift Card.

Thanks. She just checked, but there's no email in the junk folder
