Hi. 

I´m from Mexico and I signed up for the student discount, i entered my card info and I was charged 2 times, the e-mail said it was succesful but when i clicked "complete the purchase" it asked me to put my card info again and I still don't have Spotify premium.

Just to confirm, do the payments show as pending in your bank statement? If so, you can find more info here. Also, make sure to follow the steps shown in the email that you received from SheerID. This way, the student discount will be actived sucessfully.

I have sort of the same problem... I purchase the premium subscription with the student discount, or at least I tried... Spotify told me it was a problem with my card, so they didn´t give me the premium subscription but when I checked my bank account, there was the charge. 

So, what´s going on? what should I do?
