Hola, hace unos momentos contraté el servicio de plan universitario, ingrese mis datos y a mi cuenta bancaria se hizo el cargo de los 45 pesos pero cuando accedo a mi cuenta aún me dice que es Free, que procede? es urgente

Right now, the community is supported in English.

 

When you sign up for the student discount, you should receive an email confirmation that your details were verified. You'll also find a button to complete the purchase on this email.

 

If you haven't received the email, but you were charged, the payment should show as pending on your bank statement. This only means that the funds were placed on hold and will go back to your bank account soon. More info about failed payments here.

 

In case you completed the purchase from the email, but your account is still Free, make sure you don't have multiple accounts following these steps. You might be logging into the wrong account.
