Automatically logged out every 1-2 hours

My Question or Issue

I'm getting automatically logged out every 1 or 2 hours

Cannot log in back using password - human verification challenge is NEVER successful - Something went wrong 

Forced to reset password every time

Thanks for posting this thread. We hope you don't mind that your post was moved to the Accounts section of the Help board as it better fits here.

Did you notice if this started happening after something specific and have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? 

It's worth mentioning that we strongly advise against using a VPN as it can cause confusion and issues when using Spotify. 

If you haven't already, try:

• Using another browser.
• Another device.
• Another network connection.

I mostly using two devices Win10 and Win11, one with and another is without VPN, both Vivaldi browser.
I could say that I get less frequently logged out with VPN, actually.
It is the same provider ( which is why I tend to use VPN ) for both devices.
It started a while ago - 2-3 months. Not sure but seems there were some troubles with using Spotify player ( globally, not just me having that) and after fixes I began being logged out automatically.

I'll try a different browser.
